What should a pre-shipment inspection report contain?

The results of the pre-shipment inspection of the consignment include:
  • Photo report of a batch of raw materials marked with permanent tape or stickers;
  • Facts of damage to packaging indicated in the survey report;
  • Storage conditions (if necessary);
  • Sampling report and test results from an independent laboratory;
  • Photos of all accompanying documents;
  • Measurement data for the mass of the batch, since in some cases it is recommended to weigh the load again and check it with the documentation.
